We take the view that the experience of shopping online or over the phone should be the same as shopping in a store, and take great care to action the despatch of your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is that any order placed on a working day prior to 3pm gets despatched that day. In reality we better that.
Weekends give us a different challenge, due to the limitations of the postal service, and so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. In all cases we send orders by First Class Royal Mail or through a courier service should the next day guaranteed option be chosen. We can and do deliver worldwide using International Mail or Couriers, see below for further information.
Deliveries to uk postcodes
Orders under £24.99 incur a flat rate low cost postage charge for First Class Delivery. Orders over £24.99 in value are free, with the exception of heavy weight orders over 5kg. Performance orders will be sent signed for and a signature will be required.
Chargeable Guaranteed Next Day deliveries (Special Deliveries) are arranged through couriers or the Royal Mail Guaranteed service and in both cases signatures are required. Guaranteed next day deliveries apply to weekdays only (excluding Bank Holidays) and to orders placed before 3.30pm.
Orders placed after 3.30pm will be processed the next working week day, with delivery taking place the working day following that. Where a courier is used you will receive an email (provided the information is available to us) on the morning of the delivery and stating the anticipated hour of delivery.
Performance Swimwear - Due to its high value, performance swimwear items carry a flat rate charge for a secure delivery service.
Deliveries to europe and the rest of the world
We arrange deliveries worldwide using couriers or International Mail. Delivery charges are imposed on a sliding scale according to weight of order. Please note that you are responsible for any Import Charges or Custom Duty charges that may be imposed by your country’s Customs. Delivery lead times will vary but will be considerably longer than UK deliveries; special arrangements can be made for you. Please do contact us so we can look at and then organise options to suit your requirements.
If your goods arrive damaged please contact us by telephone or email immediately so we can discuss the damage and take the appropriate action.
What if my delivery does not arrive?
Whilst Royal Mail have a 99% + success rate delivery failures do sometimes happen we are aware of that and aim to do what we can to ensure your order is fulfilled. Please be aware that if you are not in to receive your parcel the Royal Mail will leave a card advising you that it’s either waiting collection from the local Post office or has been left somewhere safe. If your delivery is by courier then you can track it by using the details on your delivery confirmation email.
Should your delivery not arrive, then please make contact with us. Most deliveries turn up. They’re usually either at the Post Office pending collection or with a neighbour. Please note that legally, once post is in the Royal Mail system it belongs to the addressee. We’re therefore unable to discuss its location with Royal Mail. First Class post is not considered officially lost until 14 days after posting and International Mail until after 28 days. If we need to replace the order we would ask you to email us confirming the loss. You may well be contacted by Royal Mail too, as we will seek compensation for the failure of their service and loss of the goods.
Our intention is that your purchase is perfect first time, but of course we are realistic and know this isn't always going to be the case.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation notification period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Mailsports International Ltd, 1 Wessex Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire SL8 5DT, [email protected] Phone number: + 44 1628 529206) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exchange or Refund
If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style or would simply like a refund, then notify us within within the fourteen-day period. During the traditional festive Christmas purchasing period ( November and December ) we extend that period until the middle of January following purchase, unless other arrangements have been made by you and agreed by ourselves.
What we do ask is that the goods come back to us in the condition they were sent, with their labels intact and attached and that the products have not been used. If the goods are not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to refund. Please take care with the goods until you are fully satisfied with them and in the case of swimwear, ensure that it fits. Please do remember to always wear underwear or a swimsuit when trying on your purchase.

In the very rare instance that you order is not delivered we will deal with your order in the following ways:
