Consumers have a legal right to cancel a Contract during the period before an order has been accepted by Sassy Bloom Ltd. This means that if we have not yet began processing your order and if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Further advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
(a) any Personalised Products that have been sent for production
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with our customer support team via Tigerparrot. If it is a fault at our end, you can return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order. We always strive to provide a fair and excellent service for every transaction / order / interaction.
All sellers comply with the following refund/return policy set by tigerparrot.com: For all items customers have 16 days to request a refund, return or replacement from the seller of your purchased item from the date you received your item. The cancellation period will expire on the 17th day from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Note: some sellers may offer returns whilst others don't.
